Does it feel odd to be conversing with folks on Facebook more than doing it here?

Or have you not even bothered to mesh those two worlds yet?
 
i don't have a facebook...

however I do have a myspace and yahoo, and I have talked to people from here on there.. some of them more than I do here.. and I don't think it's odd, in some ways it's easier for me to talk to them there, especially on yahoo... People on here are normal too.. not like tickling is our only interest so I don't find it weird if I talk to them more on other things than here.
 
I find that most tmf friends I have on fb talk more through that means and others such as skype more than anything. The forum, including the SSF which used to be lively, has certainly been affected by facebook. Although as you can see, I still post like crazy :jester:

I have an abundance of TMFers on Facebook and Skype, and yet I don't talk to anyone anymore. Other than the odd comment here or there.

Does anyone remember Nexopia? 😵

Myspace has Farmville for your information, and I have yet to figure out why people say Myspace is trying to be like Facebook

For one, Myspace has been here longer. Facebook came around and tried to be like Myspace, just a simpler version. And that's kind of what sites do to get people.. try to be like each other just do it better.. Don't act like Facebook never took anything from Myspace.

Fuck Myspace.

That's my opinion. If you're attempting to try and sell me on Myspace, it's not going to work. That was a social networking website I used when I was 13. It has since become a total spam disaster. Banners and Flash Nightmare.

I prefer Facebook for it's mostly clean and neat interface.

Don't get all butt-hurt because I'm not all about what you are.

And I totally lol'd at the whole "for your information".

Blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I wasn't trying to sell you on Myspace. I don't care if you if you prefer Facebook.. You can like what you like. I was more so just felt like explaining how Facebook is not becoming like Myspace. I guess I just here that too much and find it annoying that people think that about Myspace.
 
I do what I do. I can talk with anyone anywhere anytime for any reason in any way!
 
I like facebook. Keeps me constantly connected to my ever growing cirle of friends. I get instant text messages on my cell from the folks I subscribe to and am able to respond...all for free...

Cant beat it...

It's only on very rare occasions that I'll chat with TMF'ers now; either on here or on facebook.
 
I keep my FB and my TMF lives separate, though I did have one friend from back in the day. Maybe that's why I don't go on Facebook that much.
 
I have been communicating so much on FB to TMFers that I stopped posting anything over here. This is the first post I've made in several weeks. I like seeing my TMF friends on Facebook so I can get to know a bit more about them in their regular life outside of the Forum. 🙂
