Famous youtuber (or I suppose) on tickling video, does anyone know the context?

From what I have found out, this girl used to upload videos to youtube, is known as Tabby. This video appeared on my tiktok fyp, and I wanted to ask if anyone knows the context of the video and why she records with her and if there are more internet celebrities who have recorded with them. The video is amazing and she is incredibly ticklish

The bad thing about loyalfans is that the clips aren't downloadable, meaning if he decides to take the clip down for any reason, you're SOL.
