i can think of a few:

- chopped into bits by gigantic fan
- cut in half with chainsaw
- spontaneously combusting at the very start of the episode

Having his heart switched for a bake potato and only having 5 seconds to live.

Been wacked against the wall in a dodge ball match.

Having a seizure after playing the chinpokoman video game.

Almost dying 3 times and then been killed by a falling tree at the ending credits.

"The Funniest Home Video" satire where he gets runover by a train and Grandpa films it and wins $10000. Oh by the way second prize was "Little Boy's Tea Party" with Eric Cartman.

The Alka Seltzer death. Where he eats a bunch of what he thinks are mints but are actually Alka seltzer tablets then drinks some water and explodes.
