favorite alcoholic beverage?

Pimms No. 1 with all the trimmings. I'm told this is a girls drink, I've earned the name Tinkerbell at my local pub after repeated purchases, but they can go straight to hell.

Fav. spirit is probably Russian Standard vodka, generally though I'll just drink whatever ale I can get my hands on.

I've done this a lot myself.

Have vodka + whatever beverage on hand = some interesting mixes. I'm not a huge fan of flavored vodkas but the idea of the vanilla vodka + coke sounds interesting.....might have to try that one.

Try any cheap vodka with pre-bottled lemonade; either Tropicana (Pepsi) or Minutemaid (Coke). It makes a great refreshing, inexpensive, and relatively low-cal lemondrop. I prefer the Minutemaid over the Tropicana because it has a slightly stronger lemon flavor that holds up better after being diluted by the ice & vodka.

I'm hearing vodka a lot 🙂. I've had many different kinds of vodka. Has anyone ever mixed vodka with orange soda? Kinda goes down like candy.

Yup...done that too.

I prefer Minutemaid over Tropicana anyway.....now I see why.🙂

On the rare occasions that I drink, I primarily stick to beer, and prefer Yuengling (which is unfortunately not available in Ohio! I still have some left in a twelve pack I bought when I briefly worked in WV back in November, that I don't want to go to waste!) over all others. If I can't get that, I'll drink Corona w/ lime.

Liquor's okay, but I don't like what it does to my head. With all the coffee I drink, it doesn't take much to dehydrate me. Although, I think my favorite would have to have been Jagerbombs. Alcohol + energy! WTF were people thinking when they came up with that one? 😀

My favorites drinks include baileys (neat or on the rocks), june bugs (made with midori liquer and pineapple juice), grasshoppers (creme de menthe and some other good stuff!), and fuzzy navels (orange juice and peach schnapps).

Speaking of drinks that go down like candy, I forgot another favorite of mine:

Parrot Bay 90 proof [Coconut] Rum with fruit juice or carbonated beverage of choice (be it pineapple juice, Dole mixed fruit juice, sprite/7up, etc).

It'll get you drunk quick.
