Just out of curiosity. Anyone ehre have a fave x-mas song? My all time fave would have to be the Nightwish version of 'Walking in the Air'..You know, from 'The Snowman'. XD

Anything Nightwish gets my vote. I'll throw in anything from The Vandals' Christmas album. Christmas Time for my Penis, Grandma's Last Xmas, Oi to the World, etc.

Christmas Rapping by the Waitresses

Myriads

Sleigh Ride, the instrumental version by the Arthur Feidler and the Boston Pops

Second to that would be anything by the Trans Siberian Orchestra.

Happy Christmas by John Lennon

Christmas at Ground Zero by Weird Al Yankovic

Diddly Squat by Heywood Banks

All I want for Christmas by Mariah Carey

That sounds interesting. I like that singer-woman's voice, very ephemeral and melodic. And stuff.

As for the actual question, sirs... Fairytale of New York by The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl.

I'm going to say Hark The Herald Angels Sing because Charles Wesley is a (distant) ancestor.I don't really celebrate Christmas but i love a lot of the music.:upsidedow

What elts...

Grandma got ran over by a raindear. it's a classic

Grandma got ran over by a raindear, come home from out house christmass eve, now you and your may not believe in Santa, but as for me and Grandpa we believe.

AWSOME SHIT!!!!

By the way some Christmas gift advice for the ladies. Good girls get roses, naughty girls get it all. Just something for you to consider as we near that special day. 😀

Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas
- performed by Chrissie Hynde and The Pretenders

- "What Child is This" (Greensleeves tune)-sang in operatic manner

- "Carols of the Bell" - a good choir can make a trance out of it

- "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen"

- "We Three King of Orient"

Actually almost all christmas songs bring back my good memories of happy childhood...very happy times...

Have a Holly, Jolly Christmas by Burl Ives

and then my all time Favorite...

Oh come let us adore ME! LOL

Just about all Christmas Carols (traditional) I enjoy, but I would have to give a special vote to anything by Mannheim Steamroller. They have made a living doing Christmas albums, and their combination of modern and ancient sounds always put me in the mood.

Oh the Mannheim Steamroller are terrific!!!

They actually have the record in the music industry for the most Christmas records sold. They far surpass any and all other artists including Bing Crosby, Elvis and any others you can think of.

Little Drummer Boy - Bing and Bowie
Christmas is all around -Lova Actually Soundtrack
Baby it`s cold outside - any version
Carol of the bells- from Home Alone
So this is Christmas - Lennon
Its the most wonderful time of the year - Andy Williams(happiest fucking song ever)
