Honorable mention goes to Wah Sing Ku (played by Jet Li) from Lethal Weapon 4. I thought it was cool that the big final fight scene has Riggs and Murtaugh ganging up to take on one little guy, and yet they still seem way, way overmatched.

Michael Wincott is pretty awesome in his own right, but my favorite villain would have to be....

Sir Francis Walsingham played by Geoffrey Rush in "Elizabeth." He was Machiavellian to the core, and by the end, it's hard to say if he was a villain or an antihero.

Geoffrey Rush is a fantastic actor, and can play the evil part very well..

my favorite villain has always been Alan Rickman in "Die Hard"

with a close second..Sean Bean in "Patriot Games"

and favorite loveable villain would be Humphrey Bogart in "We're no Angels"
