OK, just one more thing

I was the first to respond to Michael Jay and now, several pages into this discussion, realize I should have said just one more thing:

There are no guarantees. As I said, to increase your chance of success consider the woman's point of view (men can be scary as hell) and don't come on too strong in your private message. But you may have to cultivate a lot of contacts before you are face to face with even one TMF woman. And even then, you may learn some things work better in a fantasy.

Personally, if I were single and straight, I honestly would love to meet a guy who is into tickling.

I thought I'd weigh in with another female opinion. My two cents:

1) If "regular" sex is 90% in the head (-Woody Allen), then I'd guess fetish is 98%. Pure-D arousal in women is much more dependent on the intangibles (smell, chemistry, etc) than for men. Yes, yes, I know I'm generalizing, but it's true for a goodly number. That said, leads me to point 2:

2) Meeting strangers and having them touch us while we are helpless is VERY VERY SCARY. We are physically at a disadvantage even unbound. Fear of physical assault and rape is something VERY VERY unappealing. Ok, you guys don't understand because most of the guys at TMF are "nice guys". I believe that but that won't cut ice with most women when placed aside the real possibility of being physically hurt.

...but I fully agree that it makes it very hard to meet anyone for dating or even friends-with-benefits purposes here...

Also, if you have developed a close bond with someone whom you sexually know, you can always experiment some more. Personally, I never try to get attached to a women as soon as I realize she hates tickling.

Yet I agree there might be very few true fetishist women, it is still very likely that a good relationship can turn women into true adepts of tickling. It is easy to get turned on by the mere thought your being intimate with your significant other or your GF or whatever.

It is a fact that the right man, can talk any woman, whom he chooses carefully, in his bed within 2 hours. The "Don Juan" in question is a rarity, but exists nonetheless.

It is like some females already have stated: women have to be more careful when they get intimate, they must know they can trust the man. They are at a physical disadvantage over us, men.
Women who have experienced rape aren't a minority. Every person knows such women, very often it are these women we will never know about.

I notice that also by the fact bisexual women get VERY sexual within a short time span. The risk of being raped by a fellow woman is almost non-existant. The situation is more often a safe one.
I personally know some lesbian and bisexual women who organize "Women Only Lesbian parties". It is not rare for these women to have an orgy there. It says much about their libido, isn't it?

P.S.: This may be superstitious and even biased, but if you succesfully want to meet women who are willing to take the most sadistic tickling torment, get a shape yourself. It is very important to have a good to great condition.

Why? It will make you less hypocrite to demand her to have a lot of endurance. Sporty women generally are less quickly tired. You don't have to be an athlete, she doesn't have to be neither. You just need to do a daily amount of sport.

Also, I have been very honest in my last responses: never talk as directly as that to women. You don't have to call yourself a fetishist, because that's a scary term. A fetish is an object of whorship, how scary is that?
