Nice effort and much appreciated. However, my opinion is that guy would have a near broken spine and be in way too much pain and discomfort to feel or worry about much tickling. Also the proportion of those girls arms make Mary Kate Olsen look overweight.

Great pic. The shoulders look a little bit off and I have that problem too. The broken back thing is an issue for me too, but I think the posture is feasible without too much pain. Could do with a softer backrest.

Just my observations.
