If you 'V'ed her legs wide, you could get the vertical distance down, but it would be a very difficult pose, and the feet would angled to the sides and very spread out.

I just now read your comment, although It's old I'll answer it either way.
Yeah your right, it's impossible, I've never gone into research about this pose. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll keep it in mind next time I draw something similar 🙂
