For those who've done it: What does consensual tickle torture feel like (lee or ler)?

Since I am new to this fetish and have only ever engaged in brief tickles, I have come to realize that I cannot imagine what a long-term tickle session, the type I read about here, must feel like. I am, I suppose, a soft tickler by nature, but I grow curioser and curioser (as Alice said) the more I read here.

What does it feel like to be a lee guffawing and squirming? Can a person think coherently, or does one get lost in sensation?

Is there a point where the ler gets bored, as all he or she is doing is moving fingers or instruments?

Speaking as a lee, there comes a point when the outside world ceases to exist, when you can't think coherently, when you are "in the zone", meaning completely lost in the sensations of being tickled.

The only downside for me has been an occasional coughing spell. Otherwise, the 'lee part of me hates for it all to end. Does the 'ler get bored? I haven't experienced that with any of the 'lers that tickled me. We've worn each other out on many occassions, but nobody ever got bored.

There is nothing in this world like it -no nothing at all!

For me it's like the world dissolves into the intense sensation. And as has been said, it's like i frantically desperately crave to escape the unbearable torment even while the thought that it might actually end terrifies me. that agonising dilemma i think enhances the experience at least as much as the not being able to move or control the situation.

Hmm, downsides?? First there are very few but they are there. In addition to the coughing, sometimes the tickler gets so into it he (or sometimes she) forgets to give me a chance to breathe. That can be genuinely scary. Or on occasion i've been tickled in the wrong moment, either embarrassing myself in public which isn't fun or having to pee and not being able to make my ler believe it - or worse encouraging him to keep on.

But these are very infrequent experiences. 95%++ it's all a freakishly wonderful insanity, that makes life even more delicious.

I used to have a little buddy who was a nurse, so he had access to the good hospital restraints. Well, one time, I finally agreed to let him tie me up to tickle me.
