Hey all. This is my very first post and I live in fresno. I have been wanting to participate in a gathering for a long time now. Im even down to help in any way I can as u do not know how to organize an event like this on ny own. So.....hit me up and lets do it.

It's pretty basic if you wish to organize for West Coast Gatherings. You can choose to do it on your own, too, you know.

In my event set, you provide a date and time for a town, and we announce such here, and have folks mail our mailing list at [email protected]. Those asking are added to that events attendance, and notified of location specifics. Keeps it private, for better security, while making it easily accessible for all who wish to attend.

If your town gets large enough, you can do as larger events do, with an open munch. That's easier, but does require enough people to pay for a room in a restaurant. This works by buying enough food and drink to justify the business giving you access to a private room. Means you have to announce the event maximum, too, as guests should know that arriving earlier is better in that scenario.

Hello there. I reside in Fresno. Never before have i ever heard of such a gathering let alone having an opportunity to participate in one. What needs to be done and who wants to help me do it?

It's really quite easy to host them. It is, in essence, a party at your home, where you'll meet folks from this community and, if anyone wants to be tickled, you'll play. I've not yet seen a gathering where no one played.

In our set, there's rules established for an event (usual kindergarten rules - no messing with people unless invited to play, clothing required unless the host deems otherwise, etc.). I run a list for the West Coast Gatherings. Mail [email protected] to get added and those on the list get invited.

Those that reply to invites get the details.

Those that attend have fun. 🙂
