Ok, maybe nobody else will find this funny, but I really do.

With the new friend feature, when you click your list of friends it gives you the option of removing those names. The option is called

"break friendship."

To accept friends, go to your usercp. On the left, click "contacts and friends"

Scroll to the bottom and you should see the person or persons who offered. Make sure the box next to their name is checked, then click the button to accept the friend thing.
