I am a female who in the past year or so has discovered my interest in tickling/being tickled.
I have a male friend who recently mentioned he has a foot fetish. He said it very casually, and I don't think he was making a joke. We do not know eachother very well.

This guy you're talking about, if he's serious, seems to be either looking for someone to confide in like my friend, or engage in with you despite being married. You need to be rather careful here.

Several years back, I was friendly with a domme who also was very ticklish and did tickling sessions. She was really ticklish on her feet, but could control it for the most part.

I asked her - does it tickle when the foot fetish/worship guys are working your feet and she said that it tickled a lot. But she had to keep a straight face. Seems the foot worship guys for the most part were turned on when she she was acting like she enjoyed it and it killed their buzz when she giggled (i.e., "what's wrong, doesn't this feel good?") She said she would scold them and tell them to be careful not to tickle.

I'm sure there are plenty of folks who are into tickling and are also into feet. But I suspect that the inverse is not necessarily true - most foot guys are not into tickling.

I think all that's guaranteed by a "foot fetish" is a perceived, sub-rational attraction to that body part. Think of a male body part that you turns you on. That's probably basically it.

If he doesn't know about your interest in tickling, then it's probably about even odds whether he's interested in tickling himself.

And, you know... you didn't present this as an ethical issue, but it would seem obvious that if he's married, both he and his wife should be totally comfortable meeting in the same room with you and consenting to any sexual activity before you could think of it as non-deceptive. Sure, we are friends through a horse riding club, although I only see him a few times a year.
Don't get me wrong, I am not going to act upon this fantasy, for that is all it is, a fantasy.
