FWP Closed Down - Owner Arrested

Oh this could so turn into a guessing game thread hijack.

Why was the owner arrested, was their more than foot worshipping and tickling taking place? There is no law against tickling and worshipping a ladies feet is there in New York if its between two consenting adults is there?

Foot Worship Parties?
Yes, that is correct.

The police can arrest anybody they want to arrest. If no crime was committed, then your lawyer can get you out. Even if you can eventually, years later, collect money from the city after a false arrest lawsuit, you have still spent the night in jail.

To answer your question, the owner of FWP was arrested because our mayor is a blue-nosed Puritan prig. He is the one ultimately responsible for giving the police instructions to spend some of their limited time and resources on vice, in this case on harmless interactions among consenting adults.

Check out this thread at the mousepad..

And this was from quite some time ago so there was obviously an ongoing problem or two..

Thanks for the link, Venray. That's from when he was arrested in 2008.

Here is the most recent arrest, March 2010, described on the website Max Fisch:

Dear Footfriends,

Due to unfortunate situation FWP is now closed.
Both the foot pad and the parties. We did nothing
wrong. Nothing illegal was going on... but the NYPD
saw people going in and out of the loft we used in
midtown for our parties and decided to check it out
during our party last friday.

Well they crashed the party. Found NOTHING illegal,
but wrote up a bunch of bullshit charges against me
and put me in jail. There was no prostitution anywhere
in the club, and 100% of the alcohol there was BYOB,
not even one drink was sold that night. They said...
"i know we didnt find anything, but i'm not a fuckin
moron i know not even one guy is here for "foot fetish",
foot fetish is nothing but a front for prostitution.
Every guy in here is here for sex not foot fetish".

Little did the officer know that he IS a fuckin moron
and foot fetish is the most popular fetish in the WORLD..
and I had to spend time in disgusting conditions in
prison yet AGAIN.

I mean the parties are the cleanest you can find now
and they still have this type of control to just shut
it down. It was disgusting. The NYPD is so dirty and
racist it scares me.

Spending time with them in the car on the way to the
station and hearing them talking I was shocked to hear
the type of things that come out of their mouths.
Scary my friends.

Nobody else was arrested except me thank God and all
got to go home that night.

There was nothing that had to do with foot pad, but first
of all the girls that worked at foot pad were too scared
to continue working so they quit, and besides I need to
just step away from everything right now and re-group.

So now thanks to a bunch of ignorant racists asshole cops
dozens of college students making money legally have all
lost their jobs.... i have lost a business that is my
dream and I feel I was put on this earth to do... and
thousands of guys have lost their favorite party in the
world. People literally plan their NY vacations around
the parties. Good, friendly people that are just trying
to have fun.

When I came back to NY a year ago to start up again I did
say that after cleaning up my business so much if they ever
come back and arrest me again i'm done. Well that situation
has happened. I don't think I will ever do this again in
NYC.

I love you guys and I will miss you. If you wish to voice
your complaints about this BS, the people responsible for it
all are the NYPD. Thanks to them NYC is becoming disney land
instead of a fun exciting place like other big cities in the
world where this would never happen.

Love Jason

well that sucks, i don't blame them for checking it out but they had no reason to bust them on anything without proof

I have to admit that it always puzzles me a little why prostitution is illegal in the US, but something that has to do with a fetish, and therefore clearly with sex as well, is not illegal.

Anybody able to explain?

It's legal here as well. That's why I don't get it anyways. 🙂

:wow:

Damn... that there is some BUUUUuuuuullllshit. Sorry to hear that a legitimate business was put down due to peer pressure and bullying from those in power. I'm kinda surprised. Not one person there recorded this on at least a cell cam? It seems like every other time cops do something jacked up, there's somebody there to record it.

I hope for the host's sake, he can fight this legal battle, get money from NY, and host a huge frickin' party in a more open-minded locale.

Interesting he notes about cleaning things up after the previous arrest. Something must have happened before that put them on the radar. Still, folks should have the right to engage in this form of church. (It's what comes to my mind when I see a church marquee saying Worship Service. I wish).
Personally, I've found it more economical to find someone local for one on one sessions, and it would be nice if more women advertised these services, rather than having to lump events like these that attract attention.
I attended the first party they had out here, in a very posh hotel, which attracted the attention of the management, and we were told to leave. I had just met Mikayla Miles too, but never got the chance to engage. Nice to talk with a woman as tall as myself.
However, the attention kind of turned me off to attending further parties, as the thought of worshipping pre slobbered feet. Can one catch oral herpes from pre slobbered feet? I dunno, but its a thought.

Can one catch oral herpes from pre slobbered feet?

LOL....a friend of mine caught oral herpes from a visitor-cup in a hospital, so I would say: Yes you can! 🙂

You're operating under a false premise, that any indulgence of fetish is the same as indulging in sex. Sex, legally defined deals with orgasms and copulation. The foot parties don't have any actual sex going on. Sure the guys are turned on by the feet, but they are not sexually relieved, so to speak.

So yeah. Big difference.

Sorry to hear that happened to the owner of the FWP. That does sound like bullshit.

I agree with the European and Canadian members posting in this thread who said they should just legalize prostitution in the US. While I've never been with a call girl personally, my feeling is that if one consenting adult wants to pay another consenting adult for sex, that should be allowed.

Mitch

Do we really know why they got closed down? It may be a stupid reason but cops dont make the law. We only got one side of the story.

I heard a while back that was also a lot of illegal drug activity going on at the FWP. Maybe it was a combination of illegal/semi-legal things that got them closed- it's usually more than one reason.

I have to admit that it always puzzles me a little why prostitution is illegal in the US, but something that has to do with a fetish, and therefore clearly with sex as well, is not illegal.
Because American laws define "sex" fairly narrowly. To some extent this is a practical matter. A law that banned any activity that someone finds arousing would be virtually unenforceable, and would probably be unconstitutional due to vagueness.

So rather than that, "sex" for purposes of the law is defined purely physically. If you accept money to touch someone with the intent of arousing them, that is considered prostitution. And again, to avoid the "what is arousing?" question, in practice this is limited to direct handling of generally accepted erogenous zones such as the genitals. This is mainly to assist prosecution: outside a medical setting, it's hard to justify handling someone's genitals for any purpose other than arousal, so it's easier to prove intent in such cases.
