eBay is always an option, but if you check a few places, you might just get really lucky. Example: I was looking for Xenogears for about eight months, looking into shops, checking used games, etc.

I didn't find it at EB Games, Gamestop or whatnot. I got lucky as all hell and a small library that was starting to branch out got a bunch of used games. Long story short, I picked it up for fifteen dollars.

If only I could find Symphony of the Night on such luck...

You could never find it at Gamestop? We had a copy at my store sitting in the case up front for the longest. The price dropped to 20 bucks and somebody bought it. We got another one in that was brand new. My boss opened it to put it on display and sold it as used. I was so pissed cause I wanted to buy it. I did anyways, but would have rather had it sealed. SoTN isn't that hard to find though, btw. But, alas no longer will Gamestop and EB take and or sell PS1 and N64 games. My store had to get rid of all of them we had by the first of June.

Guild Wars and Flyff are comsumers of my life, i just cant say no to a free MMORPG. Apart from them, im playing games like Front Mission 3, Xenosaga, shadow of the collosus and Guitar hero. Im a game designer currently studying games design at uni, what can i say, i love my games. :happy:

Looking forward to Twilight Princess on the Wii, whether it will beat the almighty Orcarina of Time though, who knows eh.

I dunno...has anyone NOT played Halo/2? I mean, yeah, it is a bit overrated I think, but it is still one of the best multiplayer games out right now, and is THE best multiplayer game for XBOX. But I dunno, I have'nt been playing it much lately.

And FFIX is gonna be taking up most of my gaming time soon. I personally think that FFIX is pretty good so far, though I haven't gotten into it too much yet, so I can't draw any real conclusions.

Hey Excess you might want to be careful. A friend of mine had XI and he ended up getting a virus from it. Was trading items with some guy and caused his system to crass. Well, for the 360 I mean. But, he sent it back to Microsoft and got it fixed. Just a friendly warning. ^_^

Oops, sorry bout that. Didn't really pay attention to the roman numeral. ^_^;; Jus tryin to help out, but yeah 11 wasn't that great. 9 definitely deserves more credit, but then again 7 will always be the favorite to most FF fans. -.-;;

Hey it's cool. And yeah, I do think the FF7 gets more credit than it deserves, probably mostly because it was the first rpg for many American gamers, so it would be a bit more memorable just because it was completely new to them. But still, I think there are other games that don't get as much attention because, quite frankly, to those same people, they aren't FF7, and that's all that matters to them.

But I still give FF7 credit were it is due, and I dunno, I think I need to play through it again sometime since it's been so long that I don't remember much except that it was a great game, yet the fanboyism has ruined it for me.

i just bought Serious Sam 2 a few days ago and i just love it. lotsa action with swarms of enemies comin atcha, just like you'd expect from serious sam, very funny cut scenes, great gameplay, and new features. the multiplayer is just gret, you can play CoOp (co-operatively) through the entire scenes, with the cut scenes and all. it's immensely fun. i give it a 9/10. it's well worth the money.

I'm currently playing through Kingdom Hearts, and I'm LOVING it!

After I finish that, I plan on starting ICO.

I haven't had a chance to sit down and play live in the longest.There aren't much games that I enjoy playing online. Battlefield 2, but that's about it, and even then I've been sticking to some Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, greatest fighting game ever. xD Sorry.

Scrap that, I just noticed that my account's up, lol oops. Whenever I can get another one I'll do it, just been busy with work lately. I'll make sure to let you know whenever I renew my account, lol.

BigNorm 😀 I play UT2k4 on LAN because my DSL is way too laggy.

I once had a "Serious Sam Party" with a few friends; that game's co-op is the epitome of fun when the mood is right. It has someof the craziest monsters lol. I didn't buy SS2 yet, but I plan to once I finish up the current batch I got...

Yesterday I played some Call Of Duty (United Offesnive) on LAN with some friends; hadn't played that in ages, hella fun 🙂

Serious Sam 2 is sooo much better and funnier. my favorite bad guy has to be the Zombie Stockbroker. i mean who thinks of these things?

my favorite boss has to be Hugo the giant robot. nothing like running for your life from a giant indestructable robot.

but i tell ya, in serious sam one, i can never get over fighting that HUGE 4 armed final boss. the view and everything is just awesome.

Y'know what I find funny is that when Raiden (the ninja) was first introduced in MGS2, people absolutely despised him. It was always "but he's not Snake" this and "He's a stupid pansy gay boy" that. But now all those people are suddenly "OMG RaIDeN iS teh UbEr B@dAss wIt da swOrD he PwNs All!!11111@_@ XD.

Raiden was never a bad character to begin with, his personality in MGS2 was (almost) perfectly justified. No, he isn't Snake, but so what? He isn't supposed to be. I just hope they don't take his new design too far and make him the stereotypical quiet guy with the sword that is seen far too often.

That said, this game just looks to awesome for words, and if I can afford a PS2, I know this'll be the first game I'll get (and probably DMC4 after that).

I agree. I actually really enjoyed MGS2, and I liked raiden. I think 4 looks strange, but what game in the series hasn't been a little strange? I was a little disturbed by the end of that clip though... =/
