*As Excess turns to face me, my limit break meter tops off. I then begin to glow bright blue and jump into Omnislash, dashing past him again and again, swinging my sword in a flurry that even Chuck Norris couldn't track. Finally, I swing my last slash, and Ex/CN drops to the ground. I then stand there, swinging my sword around again and holding it out to the side.*

*as soon as Socks limit meter breaks tops, I quickly casts my spells. Then Socks dashes up and hits me with Omnislash, yet the slashes actually seem to go through me for some reason. I drop to the ground*
Damn, I am.........defeated......


















*Suddenly jumps up* Got you! I forgot to mention that right before you Omnislashed me, I casts Vanish on myself, and as you know, Omnislash is still a physical attack, and physical attacks do nothing against someone with Vanish cast on them. Nice move though.

Nope. Actually, here's my trump card. See, you made a very vital error. You used Vanish, which is step one of a two step process from the third game. Namely, it's a process to take down just about any enemy. This is the second step. *Raises hand and casts Doom on you.*

One time, if it's casts. I thought it was in VII, but I haven't played it in so long that I don't remember. BTW, how'd you know to use Vanish/Doom? That only works in VI, doesn't it?

Yeah. Just because I've only played I, VII, and Crystal Chronicles doesn't mean I haven't read up on some of the others, and VI is often considered to be one of the best, so I thought it was worth looking at. It's one I might pick up later when I have some cash too. And if Auto-life was a permanent thing, I'd have used DeSpell.

Just because I've only played I, VII, and Crystal Chronicles doesn't mean I haven't read up on some of the others, and VI is often considered to be one of the best, so I thought it was worth looking at. It's one I might pick up later when I have some cash too. And if Auto-life was a permanent thing, I'd have used DeSpell.

Cool, but......you still need to play it. If you have to, just use an emulator, as it might be hard to find otherwise.

And about Auto-life, it's only permanent at a certain time in one FF, other than that it's one shot.

Sure. Oh and BTW, I've been playing FFIX a bit, as I mentioned, and I have to say, I'm liking it. The game is a bit more lighthearted in comparison to FFVII. I'm also liking how they brought back the uniqueness of individual classes and how only specific characters can use certain techniques, which hasn't really been done since FFIV.

Huh, I'm not sure if DeSpell works on Auto-Life, but I'll just assume that it does. (crap, my knowledge of FF is abit rusty) Oh well!

*manages to pull self out from under the Fat Chocobo, casts Hastaga on self, then dashes forward faster than the eye can see and strikes Socks in the head with the blunt side of my sword* I don't suppose your head is as hard as mine, huh?
