Well, the next one looks pretty cool. They're going back to modernized versions of the classic G1 characters, and then from there, there'll be the new movie next year.

Cool, though it's only the Beasties right now. Can you imagine more than one of each in the same existence? The Megatrons would be fighting each other for control, the Hotshots would be getting themselves killed, and the Starscreams would all secretly join forces, only to stab each other in the back. It'd be chaos!

And yes, beast wars was pretty good. But am I right in my belief the entire sohw ended with Optimus Prime being 'blown up'. Or did I simply miss any later?

I dunno, it might have been. I remember it being where they were fighting on a big ship and Dinobot died somehow, then they tied Megatron to the top of their ship and flew off. Dinobot was soooooo awesome.....
