Nah, I disagree.
I think men are better lers cus they are usually bigger and stronger, and I think they usually have more of an urge to do a session.
I think that men being bigger and stronger gives them a big advantage in pressure, upperbody tickling and hard scratching, feet tickling. Where as women only have a slight advantage in light scratching, feet tickling, if any at all.
Also, I think men are usually more into bondage.
Now, of course there are exceptions to the rule. Also, I don't think the ticklishness of the lers or lees matters.
What I mean is, some people think men are more ticklish than women and vice versa, and I'm saying that doesn't matter in my opinion. I personally don't think one gender is more ticklish than the other. I just think it depends on the person.

i think the ideal tickler is one who can read their lee's needs and actually adjusts their attack based on responses from the lee. gender doesn't really play into that at all for me. also it's about who you're more comfortable with imo.

Assertiveness is everything...
I don't think that it as much gender as it is assertiveness, and attention to detail.
Naturally, I thoroughly enjoy torturing the crap out of my wife; I am one of those lucky guys who has a ticklish wife, and who lets me tickle her. I can tickle her with a feather on her nylon-covered feet and she starts thrashing (yes, this is true though I know that there are doubters). I don't think that there is a non-ticklish part of her body.
