Great new tickling site!!!!!!

There are a lot of images that are concidered fair game that can be used on sites. These include those used as promos for vidoes, images from some dead companies that no longer care about thier copyrights.

oh. this is probably a good time to state our company's views on this matter. we, tc video, realtickling.com, femfeet.com, ticklingwomen.net are NOT a dead company. we are not "defunct" as some have recently described us. yes we stopped mailing dvds and vhs but we still hold copyrights too, and offer our tickling material for download from our website.

so for the record, our video clips and photos (accept the ones we post) are off limits as far as using them on your personal websites. 🙂 just thought i'd let it be heard, because we don't want people to assume we don't care about our copyrights. we care greatly! we are probably the most active tickling video producer as far as chasing down piraters. 🙂 hey! someone has to be the most active. it just happens to be us. 🙂

If a user reposts a deleted post in the method described above, they are acting as a spammer and thier ability to post is removed.

If they create a new account and repeat the behavior that account is disabled.

If they try again, we ISP ban them as effectivly as possible.

Well based on what I have heard here thus far........ there are a lot of websites that have copyrighted material on their sites......I used to be a member of FEMFEET and FMC and all the rest of them, so I am well aware of what is member material and what is free material.......There is a tonne of copyrighted stuff floating around out there.

Not to mention as well that there are a few non-original paysites out there that have copyrighted material on it.......Personally I have enough downloaded material myself to start a HUGE MEGA Tickling Website......yeah its all recycled material......but its all brand new and fresh for someone new to the internet.
I always wondered about that.......i guess some people think that if they find it on the NET that its fair game
But it is the internet so............wudya gonna do ???

I don't understand this at all....... unless you produce original material...aren't you posting copyrighted material ?????
for example.....VENRAY.....he has pics on his site that he DID NOT produce.....shouldn't his link be taken off the TMF ????

True that there are many not produced by myself or my wife. They have come from non pay sites or they are pay site sample pics that the producers let us post. The pics from MTP and others are pics that we have obtained approval to use most of which have been sent directly to us. It also states on our site that we claim no ownership and if the owners of such pics object to us posting them we will immediately
remove them from the site. In five years we had one complaint from an artist who did not want his work posted and it was removed as soon as he notified us and sent us a link to his site where he was putting up his own work.

There are many sites such as ours that are there only to archive older (and some newer ) materials so that they do not disappear from the internet as in days of old.

We are not there to promote the sharing and/or distribution of materials without the permission of the producers of said materials.

i'm not a main contributor to TMF, i basically just sit in the shadows, read the material and such, however this topic i feel necessary to speak about...

I don't understand why their is any arguement from any user about why the link was removed. The link was removed by the OWNER/MODERATOR whatever you want to call it, of this site. That's their decision as the owner. We don't complain this much when pro sports owners raise ticket prices for christ's sake. How dare we, those that benefit from the hard work of those such people, now criticize them for something they've always been doing. Don't bitch and moan because they remove one link from this place, because lets face it, you could go into yahoo groups and get the same illegal files if you really want to undermine the hard work of those who created the material. All one must do to understand why this happens is put the shoe on the other foot. I know if I spent my hard earned money putting a website together, making videos, pictures, etc. and some third party, who isn't paying me for the borrowed material is using it, causing me to lose money, then i'd be really pissed off, and lets face it so would anyone else. If the owners of those websites wanted us to be able to spread the material around at OUR lesiure, then it wouldn't be a PAY SITE, and most likely the owner him/her self would post the link on TMF themselves.
