Groom Arrested As He Was Saying "I Do".

The incident is not funny, I know, but the whole way it happened, is rather.. ironic..

I just read on WPVI.com that a man who was getting married, was arrested in front of his new wife, just as they were saying "I do" for making terroristic threats against his ex gf.

Definitely not funny.
Especially not funny to his ex-girlfriend whose life was threatened.

Toomer had been wanted since July for allegedly threatening to kill his former girlfriend, who is the mother of his young child.
Court clerks discovered that the groom was a wanted man when they were filing the marriage license on a computer.

I didn't hear the story. Normally, as most know, I watch the news from Philly on the PVI site every night, but.. Mr James Goldman, AKA Gardner, has been on vacation for two weeks, and I'm not particularly fond of his substitute anchors, so I just saw this on the site.
