the assets I have available to me right now are my black top hat, a black Under Armour t-shirt, and black boots from Hot Topic that have metal plates on the front and back and add about 3 inches to my height.

You need to get a big black curly wig, guitar, and stick a cig in your mouth and go as Slash.....

Or you could buy a clear plastic garbage bag and fill it with colored balloons and go as a bag of jelly beans.....

Or, you could pass on the costume and just rent yourself out this halloween as a paid attraction:

My FAVORITE Holiday!!!

A few suggestions from past experience:

a) Greasepaint Moustache, Eyebrows & add a Pair of Glasses
Get into some hospital scrubs & add a stethescope ..Presto:

b)Find a simple LARGE cloth bag; big enough for your torso, cut holes for your arms & legs, stick your head out of the opening & tie a ribbon around the neck Presto:
A Lyin' sack of SH*T...(You can print it on the Sack for effect!)

c) Get a white Robe, attach cardboard wings covered in aluminum foil,...rig up a halo & find an old "flight Cap w/ Goggles, Presto:
Air Traffic Controller

d) Tie stuffing around yourself & wrap yourself up in Red Cellophane, Presto:

In the past, I was Batman, but then I enjoyed my "weirdo" phase. I sewed 4 shirts together into one (making sure all 4 dramatically clashed), I cut one leg off of my jeans (really short), wore 2 different color shoes, spiked my hair in 4 colors and then divided my face into 4 colors as well. To top it off, I had my skull headgear that blinked on and off
