Long time known as Colonel Potter in MASH, and appeared as a sidekick to Sergeant Friday in Dragnet.
Being reported on various News Channels and Entertainment Tonight.

He was 96. RIP, you had a good life.

Never really followed MASH, but now really enjoy it. Loved Harry in Dragnet, he was so comical in some of the episodes. He will be missed.

I was genuinely sad to see this obituary. He was one of the great classic TV actors, the kind they don't make anymore and the world is all the poorer for it. I think he was retired at the time, so he wasn't putting out any new stuff, but it also means we won't be getting anything more in the future.

I'll miss him anyway. A great contribution to the practice of acting is gone.

I often see the younger 45 year old Harry Morgan as the Judge in 1960s "Inherit the Wind"- as it's one my favorite Saturday morning Movies to watch! RIP!
