Hello everyone, I would just like to ask if there is anyone here who hasn't told anyone about their fetish not spouses not friends no one. I hope I'm not the only one. If you have told someone, why did you tell them? I'm curious that's all.

Only those I've been in relationships with knew about my love of tickling... and even then, only two *really* knew how I deep this love ran in me.

Once, many years ago, I told one of my best friends 'cause I had a suspicion that she, too, shared this fetish. Long story short... I was wrong, but she's been cool with it. However, every now and then if we happen to be in the presence of a tickling moment either on tv or nearby, she gives me this "knowing" look!

"How can anyone be turned on ....by being tickled" was the reaction I got from a friend a couple of years ago, Luckily I hadn't gone into much detail, but if I had I'm sure her reaction would have been the same, and meant a lot of explaining, followed by blushing, then probably explaining the blushing.
Thats the only time I've actually come out and said it, but I'm sure that the majority of ex girlfriends have had a good idea. Then again they would have known I liked tickling, but perhaps not have seen it so much as a "fetish".

My family would'nt understand it. My ex wife took the tickling but never knew i was so into it.

A couple of friends know, but their not so close now.

I think to some people its too freaky to understand it, and so they shy away from you, thinking if your near them then you'd tickle them.

If you tell someone...make sure you know they'd be cool with it. Sometimes you can just tell.

I have friends on myspace who know. It was there for all to see on my profile. I dont know though...Bottling it up inside can sometimes be a bad thing.

Would I be afraid to tell just anyone? Hell no! I speak my mind and if they dont like it or judge me...to hell with em. I recall a time when a basic foot fetish was concidered "screwed in the head" or "you got issues" type thing..now look at it 10 plus years later...its major mainstream and all the folks came outta the closet so to speak on it. Arite this might sound kind of a negative thing that happened to me, but it actually helped me develop a really great relationship with my friends. I didn't really tell them persay, they kind of found out b/c of some incident and I told them because I was embarressed and angry that they found out. And kind of said it like "ya i have a tickling fetish, wut are u going to do about it?" and the way they responded made me feel like there was a huge stone lifted off my back. They were very understanding and said basically they don't care about that because it's the person inside that counts. I don't want to sound sappy, but having friends who understand me now and are accepting no matter who I am, really made us tighter and they are kind of interested in a weird way and I'm more than glad to tell them. Call me strange, but now I don't have hide my darkest secret to my best friends and it's an awesome feeling. Sorry for this post to be so long, but I felt you guys would be understanding.

Well, obviously my friends I hang out with here in the SoCal group know, and most of my close friends from outside this community, and most girls I've dated, and some of my immediate family. Nope. I'm a total chicken-shit and I've never told anyone...

I've had a couple friends stumble across the occasional vid or picture on laptop, but they've never said anything about it. I can only assume that they know and don't care, but it's nothing that's been discussed.

I have one ex-girlfriend that thinks I have a foot fetish because I used to tickle her feet... I guess that's kinda true, too, but she never really put the whole thing together.

Anyway! Regardless of what some of the people in my life may or may not know, I've never discussed it with anyone outside of the TMF.
