...but I think you hit upon a sensitive(pun intended)subject and area here. While I cannot speak for all women, I would presume that the ONLY ones tickling their breasts will be their significant others'.
How they feel about their breasts being tickled may be positive but I don't see any of them allowing mass tickling of those spots.
