help a definite problem this time

this morning i was checking out some replies to a story and saw there werent any at the bottom of the page yet three were listed . so i had to hit the refresh button. i've been having to hit the refresh button many times to update a page here. is this a problem i can solve or is it my computer? hope this makes sense.

Sounds like your system is caching pages and not grabbing updates. If you clean out the Cache then it may solve the issue.
