Hey everyone. There's a women who lives across the street from me. And I would love to tickle her feet. And I want her to tickle my feet. One - your neighborhood won't give two shits what you do behind closed doors with another consenting adult.. And if you don't trust this person enough to know that they won't rent billboard space downtown to "out" you, then leave her alone.

Yea, you're gonna have to be a social animal and engage her; you know, like talk to her & stuff. Flirt with her, compliment her shoes (if she's actually wearing nice shoes), make her laugh (by being funny) & then comment how you like her laugh. From there, go where it takes you. If she ain't interested, let it go & move on. BTW If you do something stupid, you better believe the neighborhood will give a shit; neighbors gossip like that.
