Please somebody help me find the original video to this gif. It was of a guy who would go around to strangers in stores and observe their feet and their ticklishness. The original video to this gif was one of the best - does anyone have a clip or link to it?

Did he have a Southern, kinda doofus voice? If so I don't think he ever tried being a "producer" outright, I think he was literally just some random ass guy. I can't imagine that'll be an easy find, I'm afraid.
