1. What makes you think you can speak for the administrators of this site, much less the other members? That's pretty arrogant, I'd say. What makes you think the administrators here aren't concerned about this issue? What makes you think no one on this site cares? There are people who have posted to this thread who care. Are you just dismissing them?

2. I'd be gone already if you hadn't made it your crusade to make sure I was gone. I don't remember anyone asking you to get involved. But now that you have, I think I'll continue to ask the owners of the site to reconsider their policy, thanks -

3. If you think the issue here is a petty moral crusade, that says a lot about you. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of people who think you're defending something that is clearly morally repugnant. My standards are far from arbitrary. If you were to ask a thousand random people on the street, how many do you think would say it's OK to take a video camera into a grocery store, say nothing to anyone, film women's feet and their faces while they are shopping, record voiceover calling those women "clueless skanks," then release the video for sale on a fetish site? If you asked a thousand women if it would be OK to do that to them, how many do you suppose would say yes? If you asked a thousand husbands if it would be OK to do that to their wives? If you asked a thousand kids if it would be OK to do that to their moms? Let me put it more specifically since you obviously lack the ability to universalize. I'm pretty sure you'd feel very different if someone did it to someone you care about. Remember - this isn't a discussion about hypotheticals. This is a discussion about something that is actually happening. This is real.

Also, feel free to just ignore these questions and instead go on and on about how you'd like to see me gone right now. That'll really make my case.

That's not what I said. Let me clarify what I believe constitutes having a massive ego in this instance.

1) assuming what you believe to be right automatically makes it universally right.

2) assuming that you're of such a position of importance, that the admins should listen to your bogus legal advice.

Wow. Well, at least we know where you stand. So it would be OK with you if someone did that to your wife, or your daughter. And since no permission is obtained, there's no way to know that all of the women in those videos are over 17. So it would be okay with you for someone to do that to your 17 year old daughter too, presumably. Can you offer an argument for why you think that? It's just unbelievable to me that someone could be so depraved - especially someone who wrote this:

It's kind of like that old Mom & Pop General Store at the junction of two country roads that you used to go as a kid to get an ice cream soda made from authentic Hamilton-Beach soda machines. There would be one of those tall scales in which you'd put a penny and it would give you your weight and tell your fortune at the same time. You'd buy a comic book or two and sit on the bench out front and share the ice cream and comic books with your childhood pal on a warm sunny day.

So, on one hand, you're against the freedom of gay people to marry, because you're all for good old American tradition and values, where kids read comic books and eat ice cream. However, you're for the freedom to video someone's mother in that same Mom & Pop General Store store and then humiliate her in a commercial fetish video -- that's OK with you. That level of hypocrisy is damn hard to come by, and I applaud your ability to take it that far. You definitely are a shining example of something.

I would sincerely like to thank everyone who has posted in this thread! Whether you support what I do or not, you ALL have the right to express your own opinions and I absolutely respect that.

I am not going to "attack" any of your comments or get into a debate about the legal issues of this. Prior to opening my store I consulted 3 separate attorneys for legal advice. One for any possible federal issues and then one for each state that I film in. I was, and still am, assured by all 3 of them that as long as I am filming in places where "There is No Expectation of Privacy" and that I properly word any comments I make in the videos, that I am well within the laws. Moral or not, everyone has their own opinion!

I would assume that any potential legal issues are mine (and mine alone) to worry about aren't they? Since I do keep my word, I promise that if I am ever sued, or have any type of legal taken against me for what I do, I will post it here and let all of you know!!

If you want to see if your wife, girlfriend, or anyone else you might know has ever been filmed in a public place and if their image is being used somewhere, then take a look at just a few of the places you can find the tens (more like hundreds) of thousands of videos very similar to mine-

I will NOT be making any more comments in this thread! So, for all of you who want to continue debating this, go right ahead! I have said my part and unless a Moderator or a Forum Owner asks/tells me not to post here, then I will continue to put up my photos and videos just like everyone else and market them however I wish to.

So, SmarterthanU has contacted me to say goodbye...I guess he is really leaving which I think is a true shame.

I am honestly astonished that something like this isn't illegal in the states, and I am sure glad I live in a country where the constitution has a paragraph that says "the human dignity is unimpeachable".

Anyways - just because something is legal doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. Maybe some people should think about if they would like it if something was happening to them, their wife, mother, sister or child. If they wouldn't like it - maybe that's a sign that it's wrong even though it happens to a stranger!

As they say, only treat others as you would like to be treated.

After this, I will not look at this thread again as it disturbs me a little too much.

The first amendment in this country is one of the most powerful and cherished concepts enacted by any country, and sometimes upholding it has unintended consequences. But most of us would prefer to live with a few minor distractions as opposed to giving up altogether a very important right.
