What if "pervs" won the vote?
You are under the assumption that the vast majority of users dislikes non-consensual contents and would actively vote "sickos" out.

Sales figure from vid producers would indicate otherwise.
I mean, non-con vids far outweigh consensual stuff, as far as I know.

Also, you are not taking into account votes from fake users.
We had a prob with double and fake identities in the past; users would have no way to know if voting has been biased somehow - only mods could tell, defeating the purpose of the idea.

I know I sound harsh and overly negative.
But I think balance is required when handling delicate matters.
As I said, crying "perv" is not the wisest way to get things done.

The irony is: the more we fight "pervs" by unorthodox means, the more mods are forced to defend them, to be fair and keep order.

But seriously now I totally agree with Kalamos the sum-ups he presented earlier are exactly how I feel.

As for "voting out the pervs".

People pointing out others and accusing them will create a very negative environment in this forum. I think this will just devide people. It will be like putting some one in a public execution arena and let the public vote if he is to be killed or not. This case being booted out. Let the people who have the knowledge and power, the mods handle this. We do not take the law into our owns hands either, do we?

Kalamos: Obviously the Mods thought I had something important to say, or they would of deleted this. Second. I didn't "cry pervs" and I don't mind flames. Just telling these people what I think they did was wrong really doesn't seem to work. I felt a more angry approach was nessicary. Third. If I thought I could prove anyone on this forum, (Or anywhere) Commited a crime of sexual nature, I wouldn't bother talking to the Mods on this forum, and i'd call the police.

And, umm....although I would call this far from a crusade. It is the average Americans job to fight for what is right. This is far from what I wish I could really do. =/
 
The fact that the mods did not remove this, is not an argument for the use of deceptive titles. If you want to make a point to someone make your case but do not deceive people with false titles, specially when one of your points is being fair to people. This is not being fair either.

And for the record you did start with "Okay, now that i'v gotten every freaks attention". I call that a serious insult.

You have a posting history of complaints, but none were so virulent.
What had you snapping at "those people" like this?

Also, I would suggest more cautiousness: you said you don't mind flames.
Mods do, and you might regret getting their attention.

Just because your point is good you can't ignore the basic rules of decency and netiquette.
After all, if mods left "those" stories untouched, maybe they thought they were fine...

Mods are mods, but they aren't Gods. You make it seem like they'll hunt me down and kill me. I respect their authority on this forum, but, i'm not going to censor myself for fear of being silenced by them.

Also. What would you of rather me had said? "I really don't think what you guys are doing is right, and you might want to stop,"..

..Okay, that doesn't sound too bad. In the end though, from similar situations i've been put in (Again, not going to delve into my personal life for sake of keeping this on track). I've found using that approach gets a nice laugh, and nothing changed.

Sometimes you have to break the rules to make things change =/. I'm going to do what I think is right, in the way I think it is right. If you feel I have a good message but went about it the wrong way, then make a post that does it the right way. Maybe it'll work and people will change. Or maybe i've made them feel guilty and they'll change. Maybe neither will work, or maybe BOTH of them could work. I dunno, i'm still going to...yeah. Do what I think is right, in the way I think is right.

I sort of expected this kind of answer.
Let me explain: when you post over a public forum, you are effectively spending a hard-earnt money - respect and credibility.

When you say: people, tickling girls against their will most users will agree.
When you create a decoy thread and insist on calling "sick" users who might have as well made those stories up for the sake of it, people stop listening.

I'll be blunt: you are right, but ways are obnoxious.
You can break the rules, but if you keep doing that, mods will simply delete your posts.
You won't be able to make a point if you create a history of trouble-making.

I often check a user's posting history to know whom I am relating with.
If I see a normal guy who has snapped, for whatever reason, I don't push it, and I let things cool off a bit.

On the other hand, if I see people who routinely pick on fellow users, I know I am facing a troll.
I'll simply drop a note to the mod guys, and they'll track said user's posts, and erase them.

What good is being right, when nobody can read your point?
 
Being right and no one reading my posts are better then being scared and not saying what I really feel. The people who needed to see what I said have hopefully already seen it, so...Yeah. If you feel the need to report me, and they feel the need to take those posts down, then I guess that will happen. Either way though, i'm not going to stop saying what I feel needs to be said.

Edit:you said, when I say "people tickling girls agains their will" People will listen. let me correct that. people who DONT tickle girls against their will WILL listen. But. That doesn't help a damn thing, now does it? I mean, me telling you not to do this is pointless, cause you don't do it.
 
You are keeping an antagonising stance with people who are inclined to agree with you.
How can you expect people who disagree to listen at all?

Mods won't delete your posts out of mischief. Nobody is trying to muffle your voice.
But you have to adjust so normal people will get a chance to mull things over and agree.

I can't believe I'm still repeating this: you created a decoy thread, you stalked users and called them sick.
Mods can't ignore it just because you made a sensible point.
As I said, non-consensual stories have always been part of TTC.
All of us contributed to some extent with non-con contents.

How can you expect to get somebody to listen if you barge in and insult people, making tenous connections between fact and fantasy?

I am not saying that your point is wrong. Quite the opposite.
I am saying that you are quite poor at defending it.
So poor people will start sympathising with people you attacked.
Or will be so bored as to stop listening.

So bored your point won't matter at all.
No amount of mod action will restore your reputation if you soil it.
Does it make sense or do you still feel being stifled by overbearing mods?

Trust me, getting attention on this forum is the least of my concern (NO disrespect to the forum, it's a great place for a lot of people. Just saying...if no one talked to me on here, I wouldn't shed any tears)

Goofy, I do not understand this: You make a point of being against actions that are not fair to other people. Like not telling a girl your a tickling fetishist and then go and tickle them. Or fantazising about girlswithout there knowledge. However to make this point you do exactly that. Not being fair. You deceive forum members with a false title in order to get their attention. How can you jutify that?

I'm not forcing them to read this, just conning them into giving it a look. Now...you take a girls shoe, and tell her she doesn't get it back without giving you her cell number. Yeah, she COULD just leave without her shoe. But you've put her in an extremely unfair situation.
 
Bottom line IMO, what you said makes a point, but how you said it makes an even bigger one. Your approach could've been less generalized especially since talking about something so specific.

I agree with the point you're trying to make, but your idea/level of sickness, is different from mine.

Unfair is unfair how ever you turn it. You did what you are complaining about namely being unfair to a person. As you say yourself you are conning some one into doing a specific action. Wether the can deicide to act on it or not or do not have a choice is a different issue (because I agree with you that the theatre guy was wrong in his actions). The story you are complaining about you yourself said that it was unfair to tickle under false pretences. Putting this post under a false tilte is the same
