Artist's name is Biele. Pretty close to Briel. LOL. He's a pretty talented German illustrator.

I nave a collection of drawings made by great tickling artists .
The commissions was based on tickling used for interrogation in various scenarios with one or more men in uniform torturing a victim.
In this particular case I had thought of a french occupied country in the 50s where a spy has been captured by police and tickletortured by tickling.
I love scenarios where the victims is interrogated while wearing nylon.
I wish I could also find someone to write a story based on the drawing
