How About An Introduction Section To The Forum?

While there may not be as many posts in this section, as in say, the celebration forum, I was thinking that instead of people posting their "Hi, I' m a newbie" threads in the General, or Tickling Discussion, forums, why not have a seperate forum section for such threads in the same place as the new celebration forum is. Call it the "New Members Introduction Section". This way, instead of having dozens of new member intros in either the General or Tickling Discussion forums, put all those types of threads in one place.
Dont know what the mods will think of this, but the celebration forum seems to be going well so far, so my thought is why not a forum such as the one I suggested? Any thoughts?

It has some problems. Mostly becoming a fluff forum.
