As a 'lee, I have to say that I prefer my feet to be nylon-clad, and not because of the level of ticklishness (it's actually to my disadvantage as they are more ticklish in nylons 😛), so much as a personal preference - ticklish or not, I've never cared for my bare feet being touched.
