Pumice stone in shower, lotion on feet before socks in shoes...then, at night, get an old pair of cotton socks you don't mind ruining--and slather regular old petroleum jelly all over your feet/in between your toes...and put on your socks...go to bed.
In the morning, remove socks, shower, repeat process.
I use a combination of a PediEgg and shea butter lotion. My feet are in sneakers all day and get dry and chapped. They aren't 100 percent but it does help.
i LOVE going barefoot. since being converted to a lee, i've begun to pay more attention to my soles. in the beginning, they were fairly rough around the heels and pretty dry. i tried lotions and baby oil, but none were powerful enough to tackle my dry heels. then i decided to try vitamin e and voila, within a few days of generously applying vitamin e to my soles before putting on socks and shoes, my soles were nice and smooth. since i'm still going barefoot but my feet are more soft and supple now, i can get away with putting some good thick lotion on every few days with my socks and shoes to maintain them in good shape.
