I need to be restrained while tickled. As much as I love to be tickled, I'm too ticklish to lay there and take it. My instincts take over and I immediately try to cover up to protect myself or tickle back

I MUST be tied down VERY securely before being tickled.
I LOVE it.
Keep me completely immobile & when you start to slowwwly stroke my bare soles, I go insane.
I LOVE it almost as much as I LOVE tickling bare soles that way.
I really don't like tickling someone without some kind of restraint.
But, there are times where it is just not practical (or legal) to tie someone up first).
For instance . . .
They have these Foot Fetish Parties here where I live every few months.
Having a MAJOR foot fetish, I attend the parties.
I MUST tickle their feet. I am not allowed to use any kind of restraints on them, so i have to make due with what I can do.
It is not the 'ideal' party, but it's better than nothing.
I am still waiting for a few of us Tampa Florida people to get together for our first Tickle Gathering.
THAT would be the 'ideal' party for me.
