I just wanted to introduce myself

I am Paul,29, in TN, live just below Knoxville. I am usually a ler, as I can hardly ever find a female tickler. I am VERY ticklish, and have an ex that made sure she took advantage of it.
My two weakness, even fully clothed and in public is a woman with decent nails and talking about a hogtie.
