It's hentai. I misread the title, it's actually Sundere! I've only seen volume 1 and didn't find that picture in there, so maybe it's in volume 2 if anyone can find.

at 11 minutes but she isn't being tickled though. She was hurt and is being nursed. That series has high chances of having tickle scenes to come though since it ressembles others.
 
The languages are different Chilled Bones. I don't think it is.

I'm Chinese, just a step away from Japanese. However I wish I can understand the comix.

I don't think it's from the anime. In the anime Ymir is terrified of snakes. MY guess is that this is just fan art.
