Welcome my friend to our community. I look forward to your input and would love to hear anything you can tell us about tickling in China.

New Chinese Member...

Hello new member! Can you tell us your name? This is very interesting to me because I have been corresponding to a lovely Chinese lady for over a year now, and I hope to go there and meet her soon. I have wondered if tickling has much presence in China. I know that chinese culture is beginning to experence much change now, and I am assuming that certain attitudes may begin to change too. If you have any information about how China is changing, please feel free to let us know. Welcome to our forum.

Welcome 🙂

It's a good thing that you can acces the forums, as it's shows we're innocent enough not to be blocked by the infamous firewall 🙂

Welcome to the Forum!

Being from a society well known for its openess and freedom of expression, you will enjoy these forums. If you say anything out of turn here, there will be a backlash to rival even the Tiananmen Square Massacre of 1989. (Just watch as this thread is deleted. Kinda reminds you of China doesn't it?)

From Stuart!

Welcome to the TMF. I'm Mitch. 35 year old male from the United States. My father went to Bejing on business a few years ago, and said it is a very interesting place. I love chinese food, it is my favorite, although I know that chinese food in the US may be a bit different from what you have in China. The owner of my favorite chinese buffet in my town and his wife are originally from Bejing.
Enjoy the forum, this is a great place.

Mitch

Hello Li Kang,

Welcome to the TMF. I believe that you are the first member who has posted a message that is from the PRC. We are glad to have you, and I hope you enjoy the forum.

Welcome, Li Kang. I hope to learn more of your culture through your posts on this forum.

It is my understanding that foot-tickling is not a common thing in your culture. (Something to do with the feet being considered an especially dirty part of the body.) Is this true? I hope not for your sake.

Anyway, since you're on the other side of the world, this smily seems appropriate: :upsidedow

See you around the forum. 🙂

No reply from our chinese friend?

Has freedom of expression sunk to such a low in China that he has been arrested for having a ticklish fetish?

I'd urge you all to read Amnesty International's reports on China for 2005 and the last few years. You'll find that China really is quite an awful place to live. Hopefully their continued economic progress will improve conditions for Chinese people - but I doubt it.

Hello everyone!

I am very happy to say that I hear a lot of opinions which have praise and prejudice. China is developing country, It has many differences from other countries which are developed. China has 5000-year history in the world and it's a cultural and old country, but today my country's culture is beginning to experence much change now. It's a marvel...

My mother has been working in the United States of America since 1997, she works in Manhattan, which is the centre of the New York city. She told me that there is a porsperous place and how the gap is between the United States of America and People's Republic of China. After hearing those information, I know I will try my best to construct my country in my life. I am very confident that my country will become as mightiness as others developed country in future...

I will say to the anyone who will want to come to China: Welcome to our China!

Neh ho mah!?

Glad to see a new face from a totally new country. Well done for finding us. 🙂

Ho ho. 😉

I used to work with a guy who was in the Hong Kong Police for 26 years, who now works over here. He taught me a few words of Cantonese. Goes down a riot in resteraunts.

Well everyone seems to think that China is going to be a major furture influence on the world. I'm not qualified to comment on that. But I wish your country would become more civilised and recognise human rights (IN PRACTICE as well as in theory). Do you really need to execute so many people? (Reminds me of Texas). And what about allowing true freedom of expression? And now we in Europe are very keen to seel arms to you - although the US aint too pleased about that and RIGHTLY SO!

Oh Im waffling.....

Nei hou ma Li sin san? :bunny:

I know, guang dong nan isn't exactly widely spoken in the rest of the Middle Kingdom!😛 But i confess it's the only dialect i really know. 🙄

Anyway, it's so great to see another Far Easterner! Though i'm only half Chinese i really feel a deep pride and close attachment to that part of my family heritage. We've contributed a great deal to the world.

I could go on, but this is a personal thread not a political one. 😉

So let me say what really belongs here, "Welcome to our community, Li Kang! It's great to have you among us!" :grouphug:

Many blessings,
Chickles:redheart:

You know Uni, you posess all the subtlety and social grace of a rectum-piercing ungreased rhino horn.

I must be getting jealous or something...
