Me too, or I used to 🙂 I used to bite them so low that they would bleed and be sore.

What stopped me chewing them was to have a set of gel nails professionally put on, they stopped me biting my nails for 4 weeks. That got me out of the habit.

I still chew them now but I can grow them to a good length, but as soon as I'm stressed they get chewed off again lol.

I should totally try that method. I so want to break the habit. =(
