so my boyfriend was over today, and in eight hours, i got one two-second tickle to the sides. i'm constantly hinting at how much i want it from him, but he doesn't seem to get it. i tickled him about four times today, and even said "you're not even fighting back" but i got nothing! i still haven't told him about how much i love being tickled, so do you guys think that's the only way to get what i've wanted?
 
Yeah sounds like it. If it turns you on, tell him that. Most guys will be happy to do whatever turns their girlfriend on, especially something as easy as tickling.

The only other thing I can think of is making yourself really vulnerable, like bare feet in his lap or something, then keep provoking him. If he goes ahead and tickles you, maybe say something like "Do that again, it feels nice" These are just guesses though.

I think if you avoid the word fetish, most people won't think it's too strange.
 
All right, well. Imagine he pushed you playfully, and said "you're not even pushing back!" How likely would you be to realize that he had a pushing fetish? What would he have to do before it was clear that it turned him on?

If you trust him more than the online strangers around you, then link him to this discussion thread. If you're still building up to that, then tell him straight out, but make sure you warn him that you're about to tell him something that means a lot to you, and you only want to tell him if he thinks you can trust him.

If you really like a person & care very much for him or her. You should always tell them what you want. If they aren't into what you like that could me tough, but if they like you as much as you like him or her, they may being willing to do what you like. The upside is you can take turns one night making each other happy, doing what each other likes.

:rowfull: But also true. The attraction of tickling is so blindingly obvious to us that we forget how unobvious it may be to someone else. For someone who doesn't share our interest, being tickled for any ammount of time could be quite annoying, which is what he may be trying to avoid. I'd also echo the thought that once he knows, he will be more than happy to oblige. Friends of mine who I know are not 'into' tickling have still told me on occasion how much they enjoy tickling their girlfriends whenever they can get away with it. Then of course you must remember that some men (myself most definately included) can at times be preposterously thick. If hints are not working it may not be because he isn't interested, he just isn't registering them, however obvious you think they are. My advice would be to just tell him, I would bet a large ammount of money he will think it's adorable and tickle you to your hearts content 🙂
 
The sooner you tell him how much you like it in actual words that are clear that he will understand instead of hints here and there, the sooner you will get tickled as much as you want.

I was like that with an ex of mine. He only tickled me if I provoked him and he anyway was not into tickling at all. But I ended up telling him at some point that I actually enjoy being tickled and it's something I want happening all the time because it's fun and I crave it at times. So at first he was a bit weirded out by it but he came round to it and the tickling increased a bit. It didn't last long though and I still had to provoke him lol. But seriously, you should just come out with it to him when you're ready and if you really want it that bad then what have you got to lose? You're not asking for much. You never know, you might have better luck than I did.

Quoted for truth. Just tell him. He'll in all likelihood feel super lucky that his girlfriend has a surefire, straightforward "on" switch. The prospect of being unable to turn their girlfriends on is dauting for many guys. 😛

I think this is exactly right. The idea of being turned on by tickling simply doesn't occur to people who are not like us. If he makes a few connections, he may figure out that you like being tickled, but he probably will never guess the extent to which you like it. So.... just tell him! As so many have already said, he's bound to enjoy any activity that makes you happy =)

as a male, we are not very in tune with suble hints like "your not even fighting back" we take it as we're probably boring you or something opposite than what you actually mean.

Is a man, that usually means direct to the point, tell him clear an sound that you like that. Generally men would crave at any information about how to get women engines on. Guessing is not fun, to get results is. Let her know that you would be excited out of your mind. No hints, clear and sound, spoon feed like if he were a baby....and you will get what you want.
 
Haha BEEN THERE! Definitely tell him. When i first started dating my girlfriend, she never did it because to her its painful, and its an annoyance. I assume that this is why a lot of people don't tickle people. Because really, even if you aren't sexually aroused by tickling, i can't imagine it not being fun to do. Unless you hate making people laugh?

But now that she knows i like it, she never stops. If i dont feel liek it she will be liek "common!" so yeah. definitely tell him
 
I've never understood this thing women have with dropping hint. Is there something about female genetics that prevents them for being direct. Stop playing games, and tell him what you want and/or need, other wise how is he supposed to no.

It can be a difficult thing to talk about, everybody likes different things. I’m sure he’ll be fine when he sees how much you enjoy it. Wait for the right time and see what happens.

I'll be honest with you I had the same issue with my last 2 girlfriends. I would tickle them all the time and they never picked up on me wanting to tickle back. I had one who would start to pich me when I tickled her.... Not the response I was looking for. Then I made the mistake of making little jokes that poked fun @ her but not in a nasty way, it was done because I hoped she would tickle me. It was nothing hurtful. Well she never picked up. She would just give shove her hand in my face and say something like"anyway." It got to be upsetting. The I just told her, it was hard to do it but I figured if she loved me she would want to make me happy. As her boyfriend I would ask if I could do things to make her happy and very much enjoyed (I'm talking more than sex here) happy so I figured I had nothing to loose. So if it makes you happy and he cares for you, than come out and tell him.
