Ah there may be another issue.

You could be on one of the ISP's that are banned for the room. I checked your account and you use a webmail address, but seem to be in the grouping. If you could contact me at [email protected] with a non webmail address I might be able to fix the issue once I see it.

yahoo and hotmail are web addresses. From the ISP info I can find on your account, it looks like you are on a road runner account in Flordia. E-mail from your prime account and I'll see if I can adjust the ban around it.

oh yeah i know what your talking about but when you first sign up for Road Runner i never really thought anything of it how could i see what email address i chose?

well i re downloaded roadrunner and when it tried to get the email test it said :MTP server name not resolved

Road Runner Connect could not convert the SMTP server domain name to an IP address how do i fix this??

have you contacted you ISP provider? I don't know anything about Roadrunner, maybe your Internet provider can help you? Sorry, I wish that I could be of more help. I know how frustrated it can be?🙁

To sign up for a hotmail or yahoo! web-mail account you needed to provide another e-mail address to have the password info sent to. Where did you have the info sent? That would probably be your home e-mail address, and the one I need to solve the issue. You can't have gotten where you are now without having the base address first. If you go to Yahoo or hotmail, and check your info there it will be listed under the contact e-mail.

Once you provide that address, I'll ping it, and see if I can adjust the ban.
