basically, I want something with a straitjacket, stocks, and itching powder, m/f, f/f, or */f however you want to do it.

Itching powder? Can it be some sort of "tickling powder" (similar to the "Tickle Juice" in this story) or is it important to you that it be itching powder?

I'd also assume you're looking for foot tickling by having her in a straightjacket? I suppose it could be a midriff baring straightjacket (now there's a fun concept for looney bins), but your request seems to connote a foot focus.
