If you could live anywhere you want, where would it be?

outside the U.S. would be in Italy. Inside U.S. id like to live in either Myrtle Beach, St.Petersburg/Clearwater or Miami. i like them all..

I'd like to live closer to the Philly suburbs then I do. Not unattainable, except it's quite a bit more expensive then Lancaster. I like it there. King of Prussia mall, great things to do, classy, and beautiful women galore. Hopefully its a goal I'll attain in the not too distant future. I've already lived in New York City, NJ, and Connecticut, and have no great desire to go back to any of them for anything more than a visit.

I wanna live in a tourist town, like near the ocean or New York or Vegas. Either that, or I want to live here, but in the wooded area or in the Saint Louis city limits.

Inside the US, I am already where I want to be. I live in San Diego, CA.

If I moved out of the US, I would probably want to move to Australia or New Zealand.

Either Australia or the UK...cause on the chat program im on..all the..nice..sexy.. ladies that have interest in me are always from one of those places..I could actualy trust a woman again maybe if I lived there??? 😀

1000 Elysian Park Avenue, Los Angeles, California 😛
(That is the street address of Dodger Stadium.)

Too... much... pressure... can't... make... up... mind!

SO many places immediately spring to mind! Just here in the CONUS alone, I think of several... I love the gorgeous white sand beaches and climate of Northern Florida, up in the panhandle, let's call it the Fort Walton Beach area... Las Vegas is a GREAT town, I could live there in a heartbeat, and I love the high desert, despite the extreme heat and cold... San Antonio and Austin are a tie, I love them both. Colorado is beautiful, say, around Cripple Creek area. I hear upstate New York is kinda nice 😉 . Problem with those last two is, I'm a snow wimp! Snow is pretty and fun if you only get a little bit and it's rare, but when you get ten feet a day six or seven months outta the year... 🙄

Several mentions of New Zealand/Australia have been made, which I'll echo myself. They speak English, and the ones I've met have been more polite than most Americans I know, myself included! I'd love to tramp around Ireland, too. And Spain is nice, especially the coast. Never saw enough of Italy to make a fair claim, but I'd like to go back and see it again with time to appreciate it.

inside these states, probably seattle.

outside, definately paris.

Toronto, Canada.

I hear the air is nice up there. And the fellas are just to die for!!!! *clears her throat* not that I'm thinking of any in particular or anything. 😛

Inside the US...Myrtle Beach...getting crowded but I still love it for some reason.

Outside the US...Ireland on the Southern Coast.
Beatutiful country where you can literally count 40 shades of green!
ANd turn 40 shades of green from drinking too much 😉

Mackinac Island, Michigan. Tourist island where no motor vehicles are allowed.

inside/outside

Inside US/North America:

Where I spent my childhood 'till 11 yrs old - eastern small town PA.
Reno/Tahoe area.
Indianapolis; I lived there for a short time back in '90, and had a lot of fun. Fond memories (her name was Shelly).
Austin (but I'm stuck in S.A.; not a long drive, but Austin is much more expensive to live in than S.A.).
Vancouver, B.C. (I've heard good things about it).

Outside US/NA:

Europe, probably northern. Denmark, Finland, Holland, or Sweden.
I've thought of the UK before, but I have friends there that tell me they are living on top of each other, and I don't think I'd like that too much.
I've also thought of AUS/NZ before as well, but that's one helluva long plane ride, and I hate flying.

Outside the UK, probably Japan. Just because the people there are so odd yet so friendly. Inside the UK....10 Downing street. I'll get there one day. (Vote me for Prime minister!)

I'd love to have a nice, old Queen Anne Victorian, in Ocean Grove, near the auditorium and the cabanas. I'd love for it to be in nineteenth century hues, and in my reverie, Mrs Knox wouldn't have to work, she'd just fix up the house all day. On Saturdays in July, I'd have parties on the verandah for everyone in my acquaintance, and on Sunday, I'd hear the bells ringing at the church doing their level best to disturb the quiet without success. In the afternoon, I'd walk my lounge chair, my towel, and whatever thick, non-fiction tome I've taken out of the library down to the beach, and just relax.
It would be a nice place to be.

Management's gonna make you pay your way for living there, Mil, exposed to the elements there in the Pavilion. I hope you don't nap in the late afternoons; you'll roast out there like a Boston Chicken. Listen, are they gonna make you vend nachos?

I'm Impressed....

Alot of interesting responses!

Magic touch- I have never been to San Diego, but I have heard alot of great things about it. I probably would say the same thing just on the weather alone I have yet to experience first hand.

Dan- I kind of thought I would hear you say upstate NY (I wonder why 😉. Remember this, if you can't beat the snow, (en)jo👍in it. You need to take up skiing. then you'll really get some fun out of it. You did mention some other interesting choices. australia and UK. I don't think I would ever consider Florida. too slow paced and too damn hot in the summer.

Australia and New Zealand sounds like an intersting possibilities. I hear the people are just too friendly and it seems like a nice place to visit from what I have seen in Sydney in pictures and on TV. the downfall, like Faramir said is that the plane ride is too long.

Tommy, knowing you, it seems like Myrtle Beach would suit you well because I know you like golf and there are tons of courses down there as well as Hilton Head. I don't play golf and the climate is too humid for me. However, you are next to a beach though and I love the ocean.

I have never been to Toronto but I hear it's one of the cleanest cities to see. As well as alot of fun things to do at night.

Mitchell, maybe it's because I have lived in the NY tri state area all my life, but I know what you mean. I have grown accounstomed to it being my home, but there are other places I'd rather be.

Knox, you have the right lifestyle in mind, my friend. I hope when you buy that Victorian, you will think of me for one of your parties. All you need is a dollar and a dream.

Keep em coming!!

London, England. I would really love to live there.

Hmmmm..... Think of a place that's not far from an ocean beach, has wooded areas and waterfalls, a variety of weather conditions to enjoy and not too much in the way of crime and tourism and that's where I'd choose. I haven't found it yet either!

Aside from that, I'll be whereever those I love are.

Here in the US- Marietta, Georgia. Perfect place to build my dream house

Outside the US- Tibet. So I can find the Golden Child and talk to him, and because there are no TV there😀

I love Hawaii, Bermuda and my hometown of Santa Barbara...

XOXO

Please be sure to tell me when you find this wonderful location!

I love Japan - have been there a few times - but I also think one of the more remote Pacific Islands
