If you could tickle ONE fictional character, who would it be, and why?

Probably Lucy Heartfila because based on the drawn pictures and stories she seems like an good one to tickle torture

Dr. Liara T'Soni from Mass Effect. Because she's this super dorky, curious and adorable character. Also, as a person of science, I have a soft spot for scientists and geeks. I'd imagine myself being an engineer in the Mass Effect world, working along with her in her lab. Our tickle-fights would be free-for-all biotic play-fights to see who can subdue the other before subjecting them to relentless tickle torture. Yum.

As far as ME universe go, I would have to pick either Kasumi Goto or Miranda Lawson, with Liara being close, close behind them.
 
I'll say Dawn and Vampirella because they look like they'd be fun to tickle side by side,Secret Agent Sonya because..well,just look at her,how could you not? And last but not least Wonder Woman,because I've many fantasies involving her. There are many others,but these are just a few.

Easyyyy Super Girl. Those blue eyes, blond hair, tight body. Powerful. Id love to be a Dom in that situation.
 
Catwoman, as played by Halle Berry, same costume. Nice memory -- Dave calling buddy -- We should go see Catwoman. Buddy -- I hear it completely sucks, other than seeing Halle Berry in that costume. Dave -- right, how about the 8 pm show?

Can a woman respond? The character Castiel from Supernatural...oh my yes. He can tickle me anytime...
 
It's a toss up for me. Being a huge Nintendo fan, I've always wanted to tickle Princess Peach, Daz from DeviantART makes some amazing representations of her feet that i think are heavenly. However, there's no info about her being ticklish, so she might not be.

Knowing she IS ticklish, I'd love to go after Erza from Fairy Tail. Tough, beautiful, red headed girl with the ability to obliterate anyone in her path. Seeing Natsu tickle her feet was an amazing treat!

Soooo, if Peach is ticklish, I'd go with her, if not, Erza is a great second.
