Improving Videos

It's been over four years since I started making videos and it's been quite a ride. I never thought I'd be doing this for so long, and I never imagined so many people would like my videos. Now with a multitude of new tickle producers to choose from I want to make sure I'm always providing top quality content. If you have any suggestions that are not in the poll please let me know. Glad I am able to keep contributing.

I was gonna say something here and just sort of forgot, but when you tickle feet like that? Maybe prop their heads up on some pillows or something sow e can see the face and feet tickling at once. That "Ambers Feet" video of your from years ago does that, and is a classic. For good reason.

I voted "More attractive/ticklish models", but you always have pretty girls that are ticklish, I just like "screamers" like Roxy, and while you clearly can't help how women are going to laugh, more of them would be great.

A couple of suggestions here, for whatever they're worth. First, bind them tighter. A 'lee that can pull their arms all the way down to cover their armpits isn't bound in my opinion. They just can't run away! Some producers are better than others at this. Second, try to get models that are really ticklish and react accordingly. I can tell if a model is really tickled or just laughing for the camera. Even people that are really ticklish don't always respond in a way that would be good for a video. But, one that jerks when a new spot is attacked shows that they are ticklish, or at least good at acting. The "monotone" laughter just doesn't cut it.That's why some of the home videos are more exciting than produced ones. You get real reactions! Third and foremost, learn how to tickle! And where to tickle for the best effect. I've seen videos that start out pretty good, but the tickler tickles in way that just don't make sense. Avoiding places that you know would tickle like heck or tickling areas that may tickle, but don't look that great. Some producers do pretty good jobs at what they do but others look like they don't have a clue! French tickling seems to do a pretty fair job most of the time, and Turtleboy has turned out quite a few good videos, but lately the quality has seemed to wain just a little. But, even after all of this ranting, the fact remains....we have so many more choices than we had 20 years ago...heck even 10 years ago. So it seems to me it's producers like the one that started this poll know that to keep making money, they need to get feedback from us the end users. Not to slam them but to critique them so they know how to improve. Just my 2 cents.

Zentickling, I hope you took what I said in context. It was intended to be strictly constructive criticism, not ragging on you or any of the other producers here. After all, if we don't tell you what we are thinking, how would you know?

ive gone with the models option, I truly believe its the ticklee that makes or breaks a clip, the best quality and ticklish models are bound to be winners, amber for example was fantastic 😀

I think most of the options you have on here in general are good. However, the there is one I think that should NOT be considered, which is adding storylines to clips. In my opinion, whenever a studio puts a storyline in, it runs the risk of doing a couple of things. It can frequently distract the model from the tickling by making them feel like they have to react in certain ways to what the tickler is saying (which could hold back some of their reactions to the tickling). It will also make the video seem less authentic and make viewers skeptical about the laughter and reactions the model is giving and their authenticity.

As for what I DID vote for, I clicked new bondage positions. But then I thought about it, and realized I couldn't come up with any new good positions to suggest. After reading some of the comments however, I did realize what really is important to me in clips. For me I really like to see the contact and interaction between the ler and the lee that is getting the reaction. Not in the way that some studios like to do it, where the tickler talks the ENTIRE time and becomes obnoxious, but where you can see the connection between them and perhaps the ler (male or female) having some fun at the expense of the lee.

One more thing I think is important has already been mentioned earlier, but I thought might be good to reinforce. When a ler finds an especially responsive spot on a lee, it's ok for him/her to hold off on that spot for a bit, or to just tease them with it at first. But it's unsatisfying and dissapointing if the ler then ends up practically ignoring it or never really going in for the (metaphorical) kill with the spot. Ever if it's only for a good ten seconds, if the spot makes the lee go NUTS focusing on it for a bit makes a video ten times better than if the ler is too afraid of going too far the entire time.

Oh I don't know. I think a story line is good if it's not too involved like a big soap opera or something. But I would like some context, just a little. I'm tired of just seeing models tied and tickled. It's been done to death and honestly most of them don't seem all that ticklish and to be faking it.

I think that expressive toes are a turn-on when soles are tickled. When the feet of many, if not most, girls are tickled they either clench their toes all the way through, or their toes and feet just remain still and passive. I think that it is a huge turn-on when a girl curls her toes back, spreads them apart, and wiggles them in response to the tickling. When a girl's toes are expressive during the tickling it is an indication of how much it tickles them. Any model can do this. As long as her feet are ticklish, it doesn't look phony if she expresses the ticklishness through sexy toe movements...such as exaggerated toe spreading. I see foot tickling videos as a form of erotic art and as such I am not opposed to some creativity being employed. Lots of people insist that the reactions be totally natural, but what if being totally natural means feet and toes that are completey still throughout the tickling? I wouldn't buy the clip. The point is being turned on by what you are seeing and if in order to effect this a little bit of creativity is employed, so what? As long as it is not obviously fakery.

One more thing. Charlee from 'Tickle Torture' does a foot tickling theme in which the models taunt the tickler telling them that she knows that they want to tickle her feet, and develops this theme during the video by instructing the tickler on how best to tickle her feet. Creative imagination can be a real turn on when it comes to foot tickling videos. I saw a foot tickling clip once in which the ticklee told the tickler that when her soles are stroked it makes her toes spread apart. It was one of those slow, erotic foot tickling clips in which the soles were slowly stroked and the toe curling and toe spreading were delicious. Another theme that is a turn on is employed by the guy with a black cape from Realticking in which he tells the ticklees to keep their feet still (except for toe spreading and wiggling) while her soles are stroked. I saw a hot clip once where the tickler ordered the ticklee to keep her toes spread apart while he ravished her soles with tickling. You could see the strain in her toes as she struggled to keep them spread apart...yummy! Another one had as a theme a girl who went to a tickling therapist and told her that her boy friend liked to tickle her feet, but her feet weren't ticklish. So she asked the therapist to do something to make her feet ticklish. The therapist applied some oil to her soles and began doing some tickling experiments which made the ticklees feet progressively more ticklish until she was hysterical and then kept right on tickling her feet. The bottom line is that some erotic, imaginative play acting can be a real turn on.

Thanks everyone. I have a shoot scheduled with four gorgeous models next week, so I'm looking for ways to keep things interesting. Shooting in a hotel, so the space is limited, but I might try a few new things (including some gang tickling).

Looking hard for girls like Amber and Roxy.. I actually tell models that if we start to shoot and they aren't as ticklish as they claimed they will be sent home without pay. You wouldn't believe how many of those types express interest in shooting.

I somewhat agree with doctortickler about not using brushes ALL the time. I'm really getting sick of seeing them, actually. They may or may not tickle more, but they take away from the originality of what most of us remember tickling to be. If they insist on using them at all, keep it near the end, as a finally. I kinda prefer not using tools at all. Fingers have served me quite well for a lot of years on a lot of 'lees!

I've been buying your clips since Amber came out. I'm a big fan.

My own suggestions:

1) No brushes. I agree with the guys above. It's just not as sexy as fingers.

2) Your BEST videos -- anything with Amber or Roxy -- are fabulous because of the women's personalities . They talk to you. They interact. I don't know how it is possible to find a girl that is ticklish and that has the amazing charisma of those two. But if you find one, keep bringing her back for more. And if I were you, I would ask Roxy out.

I don't just think you've been lucky. I think there is something you do that puts these women at ease. And it works.

3) Keep changing up the bondage positions, camera angles. Some really great, established producers seem to have a formula of how to tie up their ticklees (first an interview on a couch, then into the stocks, etc). And usually it is really hot, but variety is the spice of life. (I may not know what I'm talking about for #3.)

4) If Christina Carter ever offers to tickle you again, say "yes".

Although I am totally into bondage--I would like to see a little bit of spontaneity added to your vids and have the victim "free-flailing" on the bed. For example, a scenario of you picking up the victim out of the blue and throwing the victim down on the bed. No bondage--just relentless, merciless, out-of-control tickling.

I don't want to play that game anymore lol. When I first started all my videos were in .mov format. That turned out to be incompatible so, after some messing around with .mpeg, I settled on .wmv. It's a pain for me to convert and the videos look better in .mov, but it seems to be the most popular. I spend a lot of time on the conversion/editing process just to get the .wmv files.

I had no idea so many people were anti-brush.

1. I didn't know. I prefer fingers but the brushes sometimes get the best reaction..

2. Roxy is taken, sadly. I tend to be a quiet person, so I'm not always the best at banter, but I try to do what I can to make sure the models have fun.

3. Tough one, just because I live in an apartment and nobody knows I do this on the side. A big set of stocks in my living room might make visiting family/friends curious, so I tend to stay away from that. I'm putting together a few ideas which will be more fun that the usual 'tied to the bed' routine.

I absolutely agree with mustang. It's horrible when you can't see the feet, because they move to much. But it's the same sh*** when they are movin nowhere, that's unrealistic. this playfull tickling, very sensitive and wiggling with the toes....that's it. the playing with the "break-even-point", when they cannot longer take the tickling.

Ya know, it's kinda funny. All this talk about the reactions when tickled. My ex wife was one of the most ticklish woman I've ever known, but her reactions were more vocal than struggling. She did struggle a little bit, but one time when I was straddling her waist and tickling her pits(which was one of her worst places), I glanced over my shoulder while still tickling her, and her feet and legs were completely still. No movement at all. Now, I've tickled lots of women that would just about buck me off when I tickled their pits. Their feet would be waving all over the place and their legs would be moving up and down. But not her. And the funny part is, I might be one of the people complaining about the lack of reactions. Go figure. I guess it's a "you had to be there effect".
