In The Market For A New PC

So, I'm not too far away from having the funds to buy a new computer and replace my old one since it's almost a decade old. I was hoping someone here would have a good idea of what system I should get since I'm no longer knowledgeable about computers.

We'll set to budget to around $3,500.00

I need a computer that can render 3D images with DAZ3D but also handle gaming as its secondary function. I'm also looking into game development, so a system that can handle that would be good - but isn't mandatory.

Use PC Partpicker and build one. If you're not comfortable building it yourself, take all the pieces to a local computer shop and pay them the $100 or so to build it for you. I play brand new videogames and edit 4k video on a machine I paid roughly $1,200 for, and haven't updated anything on it save some hard drives in like 7 years. $3,500 should easily get you something great.

Never heard of DAZ3D before, but normally for 3D rendering you need GPU speed. So the GeForce RTX 3080 would be a good investment. But check if that software need GPU or CPU rendering. If it's CPU I could advise you to switch to apple which is more stable in CPU rendering.

If we're talking about still images you don't need the full $3,500. You can get a really good computer for $2,000.
