I wanted to put pencil to paper and create something that truly expressed my own stance on ticking, as a sensual, potentially erotic, fetish.

Works just as well as a straight sex scene, thought the grin and bitten knuckle are clearly indicative of a tickling reaction! Color is nicely soothing (the cool, luxuriance of the bedding emphasizing the passionate heat coming from the lovers; the subtly differing skin-tones indicate degrees of ardor (the guy a bit more aflame; the lady joyfully relaxed and accepting). Composition is just fine! The really bunched-up sheets frame and cradle the human figures, whose positioning is well integrated and nicely three dimensional! Consensual tickling scenarios are not the usual choice for Community artists and I'm always happy to see new ones! Congrats on another piece of beautiful art!

It's a lovely picture, but I'm afraid I don't see the tickling in it, not even if I tilt my head and squint. Way too subtle for me. :blush

I greatly enjoyed this piece. It happens to be a serious excitement factor for me. Tickling in and of itself is fun and exciting, but it is so much more when you add the extra level of intimacy. THAT'S where the real fun is it. Well drawn!

I tried to portray my own feelings on the fetish.

Tickling is sometimes seen by hardcore BDSM practitioners as a childish, obnoxious fixation.
They sometimes claim it is even dangerous to the sub - as if whipping or having full intercourse with a fully tied up woman were any safer under the same conditions.

It did not help some masters I met were a bit too much outspoken for my tastes.
I see bondage as a useful tool to the tickling - but not the alpha and omega of the whole session.
This prompted me to draw something clearly consensual.
And hopefully sensual too.

I'm still capable and willing to draw staged non-con scenarios.
Should opportunity present itself.

The tickling is VERY subtle I'll admit.
I made sure his right hand rested just under her ribs, poised to squeeze her sides.
I wanted to sneak in some tickling in a vanilla piece.
This is something they published over a vanilla adult magazine, by a hopelessly vanilla publisher - who can't tell fetish from radish...
