Intorducing Tickling into a Relationship

I've been dating my girlfriend for over six months at this stage and things are going really well. We share most of the same interests, we read the same books, and we share most of the same fetishes. Most importantly, we make eachother happy. This seems all well and good, and to be fair it is, but it starts to get a little tricky whenever I broach the subject of tickling. While she's willing to experiment with most things, getting her to try more than just a playful tickle is proving to be very difficult. She enjoys being tickled and tickling, but not enough to warrent adding it regularily to our foreplay... which after a while becomes rather maddening.

There is however an upside to this; while she may not be particularily 'into' tickling, she is willing to try it on occasion, and is willing to add a little more each time. My question is, should I just bide my time with the introduction of this fetish into our relationship, or should I push for it to become a larger part sooner, before running the risk of allowing it to fall by the wayside?

This is a really tough question. I just had a relationship where she wasn't into tickling but definitely indulged me, and it was a really good relationship in a lot of other ways. There were just a few things that made it so it wouldn't work out in the long run, but it had a lot of potential. The fact that she wasn't into tickling made the breakup easier. But we probably would have stayed together had it just been that.

first off, only you really know if this is worth it or not... you get to play, just not as much as you'd like.. so either 1. suck it up cause shes worth it or 2. break it off now..... dont mean to be harsh but thats the truth, you cant force someone into doing something they dont want to do. if you strong arm her into trying it, she may resent it and never do it again (or resent you for forcing her into it)... just sayin'

for what it's worth, I think you should count your blessings. You get on well in most areas, AND SHE IS WILLING TO ADD MORE TICKLING as time goes on. Frankly, why would you push the issue harder?

Any relationship is about finding out what the other likes, and you already know she is willing to . Be happy and build on that is what i would do. and don't forget to find out what SHE LIKES and indulge her as well.

Pushing harder, and making it a more important issue than it shoulod be, would only backfire. trust me, i made that mistake with expected consequences.

The little British Voice? Well, one could argue it's a pathalogical issue with British authority that stems from being Irish, and that whole 'history of oppression' thing, but personally, I think it may be that I heard it in a Monty Python gag once anf it just kind of stayed with me.
