Is being naked a must?

If you're going to tickle torture someone and they are going to be tied up, do they HAVE to be naked for the session? Or at least in their bra and panties? I notice some people are real picky with that kind of stuff and others don't really care. I'm sure it makes a difference if you're tickled naked as opposed to being tickled with clothes on but yeah. I know I prefer bra and panties/bikini since it shows off most of the body and it still looks sexy.

I have tickled girls with full clothes, underwear, topless and completely naked - for me, it makes no real difference but I do think that the girl feels more vulnerable when she is naked.

While I can understand the instant appeal of no/very little clothes, I think starting with clothing on is much sexier. To me, there's something super hot about reaching your hands underneath a shirt, up a pant leg or pulling the waistband of a pair of shorts down just enough to get where you want to go, rather than just having the naked skin right there. Seeing someone lying there already naked just doesn't do alot for me.

So starting out in clothes is fine, than having them cut off or something so i'm in my bra and panties and then eventually naked is good to me lol. When acting as a lee, I prefer to be wearing only my briefs.

In either case, I don't insist on my preference.

I also wouldnt say, however, that the girl should have to be totally naked. I think that a bra and panties is perfectly acceptable. This way, one can get to most of their tickle spots, but the lee doesn't feel they have to be totally exposed in their birthday suit.

It's not a must for me. It all depends on how comfortable I am with my ler. Typically I start out in shorts and a shirt. If I'm comfortable enough with my ler to where I'm not embarrassed to be seen naked, then the clothes can eventually be stripped from me. 😀

I've found the opposite to be true actually. Maybe the lee feels a little less vulnerable because of the clothes and then when they feel a hand go underneath their shirt they get a shock! In my experience, clothes seem to lull the lee into a false sense of security about how much it is going to tickle.

I think clothing is nice honestly, it also depends on the situation. If it's a more intimate/personal encounter then I think a little clothing is acceptable. My very first awesome tickling encounter happened at a movie theater and I was fully clothed (obviously lol) but missing my shoes 🙂. It was GREAT, and both me and my ler friend were very happy with the outcome.

^This. Clothing leaves something to the imagination. However, I like it kept light. Too much means you're going to have a very hot, sweaty lee. On the other end, when I'm the lee, I'm torn, because too little clothing or naked makes me feel cold, weird, and/or vulnerable, which I don't like, but I get hot very easily. Stripping down can be challenging once you're already tied up.
