I tried to tickle my dog. Haha...I'm crazy! The only place she seems to be ticklish is on her paws if I do it really lightly. She starts shaking and pulling it away, but does that mean she's ticklish? Or are animals just not ticklish in general?

But the consensus wisdom would be "no". It is believed that only higher order primates and humans have a true "tickling" response. I don't know that I hold with the consensus on that matter, but whatever.

He likes to lay on his back and he'll bat gently at your hand if you dangle it over him, but if you wiggle your fingers lightly across his tummy he'll go crazy kicking at your hand, thrashing, biting and clawing (but never at "full power," not enough to hurt) and trying to get away. But he doesn't seem upset or angry about it thereafter... just wants it to stop. Sounds like tickling to me.
Not quite the same as human tickling but still pretty cute. I can't believe there wasn't a chapter about this in When Elephants Weep.
(The below isn't Kizz; I just thought it was funny.)
