Is the chat broken?

I keep trying to get on, and it lets me, but it says I'm in there alone while the forum says there are users browsing the chat forum, too.

Are they appearing in there alone as well due to some kind of glitch, or am I missing something?

I just went in with no problems. Try again maybe. Sometimes glitches occur.
